About Bergstein Enterprises
Pieter Bergstein founded Bergstein Enterprises, Ltd., in 2004 to serve as a management consulting company for a variety of service companies. In this role, the firm provides a full range of professional oilfield services, from administrative staffing to account and operations management. Bergstein Enterprises also offers health and safety training facilities to the oilfield services industry. From its headquarters in Lubbock, Texas, the company manages operations across Texas and in eastern New Mexico. Previously, the firm also operated several companies in Alaska and Saudi Arabia.
The Bergstein Enterprises staff includes a number of employees with college degrees and professional licenses, all of whom work toward fulfilling the company’s 3SQ goal, which encompasses quality, safety, satisfaction, and service. The company’s chief financial officer, Ben Boston, is a certified public accountant with more than six years of experience as an auditor and audit manager at Lam Vinson & Company, LLP. Mr. Boston has also conducted Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) internal control testing for a large drilling company. In his current role, he manages all fiscal reporting, including providing GAAP monthly financial statements.
